If the answers are "Yes" to questions 1 to 5 and question 8 and "No" to questions 6 and 7, you will become a "person under investigation" and will be required to self-quaratine and report to a health facility for testing. Also, when you come to church and your temperature is taken and it registers 38°C and higher, then you will be taken aside and counselled. We will call the local government health facility to come and make a decision regarding your health condition.
